Welcome Message - Junior School

I am honoured on behalf of our excellent teaching and administrative team to welcome you to The Junior School at Al Maha Academy for Boys. 

As part of the Ta’allum group, we strive to deliver excellence to our students and their parents through our internationally accredited British-style curriculum adapted to ensure that a strong Islamic identity and associated values run throughout our teaching and learning.
Our Junior School Teachers are passionate about their profession, ensuring that each student in their care has opportunities and support to enable them to discover their limitless potential within the classroom and beyond. We advocate that all students can achieve excellence and that our role as educators is to help unlock that potential.
As we guide our boys through these formative years of Junior School, and prepare them for their Secondary education, we are mindful of the importance of embedding the learning of values and attributes that will help them achieve not just greatness, but an appreciation of the world around them, understand the importance of friendship and kindness to their peers, develop a sense of personal responsibility and accountability for their actions and a strong desire for continual self-improvement.
We encourage all our students to take an active role in their learning.  We encourage students to explore the wider curriculum and find personal interests and passions that may lie beyond the classroom such as in sports or the creative arts. Importantly, we encourage all our boys to embrace being part of a wider body of students and adults within the school and to seek how they can make a valued contribution to that community.
We highly value and respect our relationship with you as parents, working together collaboratively with you throughout your son’s learning journey to excellence with us. For those of you who have sons with us already, we are delighted to have you as part of our thriving school community.  For those parents who are considering sending their sons to Al Maha Academy for Boys, I look forward to meeting you at Admissions.
